What do you do in LAGAD Rhythmic Gymnastics classes?

Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport for girls. Individuals or teams. The girls learn to use clubs, hoop, ball, ribbon, rope and free (no apparatus). An individual gymnast only manipulates 1 apparatus at a time. Our children start Rhythmic Gymnastics at the age of 4 yrs. We run recreation, mini squad and senior squad classes in the Muswell Hill area. The children work with the apparatus, learn routines and dance moves. We hold a large annual display.
